InsurCo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates this website, as well as other affiliated websites (collectively, the “Site” or “Sites”). Through these Sites, we connect consumers with insurance carriers, agencies, brokers, licensed agents, and other providers of insurance products and related services (collectively, “Partners”). These Partners may offer or facilitate access to quotes, coverage options, enrollment assistance, and other products, services, and marketplaces that align with your expressed interests (collectively, the “Services”).
We provide the following Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy"), which describes how we collect, use, disclose, and share or sell information that is personally identifiable to a user ("Information") when you visit the Sites or otherwise engage with us or the Services. This Privacy Policy also discusses consumers' data privacy rights under applicable U.S. state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), the Colorado Privacy Act ("CPA"), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act ("CTDPA"), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act ("VCDPA"), and the Utah Consumer Privacy Act ("UCPA") and how to exercise those rights. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Site's Terms & Conditions, which are fully incorporated herein by reference.

- Personal information (such as the Identifiers listed above, insurance product interest, household or dependent details, vehicle information, pet information, Medicare or health coverage status, employment or disability-related details you choose to provide, and other information you provide during intake);
- Protected classification characteristics under state or federal law;
- Commercial information (including preferences, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing data);
- Internet or similar network activity and related device/technical information;
- Information related to a user's consent to receive telemarketing calls, SMS messaging, push notifications, commercial email, and other forms of communication (including session recording/consent verification logs);
- Inferences drawn from other categories of Information;
- Sensitive personal information only where reasonably necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations, which may include health, disability, or other insurance-eligibility details you submit.
Note: Sharing your Information with us is required to connect you with one or more Partners. You may instead call the toll-free number provided (1-800-347-6567) and speak with an InsurCo representative. Partners may request Information to help complete a quote, application, enrollment, or related service.
How We Collect Information
- Directly from users (forms, surveys, communications, email/SMS/phone with consent);
- Publicly available sources (search engines, social media);
- Automatically via our hosting servers and Cookies/other technologies when you use the Sites;
- Service providers assisting with hosting/support;
- Related Parties under our common control;
- Partners that drive users to our Sites or advertise goods/services on the Sites;
- Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies; and
- By combining Information from the sources above.
How We May Use Information
- Provide information about the Services and send requested/consented communications;
- Operate, test, research, analyze, and develop the Sites and content;
- Verify eligibility, provide customer service, and respond to inquiries;
- Carry out obligations and enforce rights (including the Arbitration Agreement and TCPA/TSR consent inquiries);
- Detect, investigate, and respond to fraud or violations of Terms or law; resolve disputes and protect legal rights;
- Protect rights, property, and safety of us, service providers, Related Parties, and Partners;
- Maintain suppression/opt-out lists;
- Augment Information with Partners/service providers data; and
- Comply with laws, legal process, and law enforcement requests.
How We Share and/or Sell Information
We may share your Information with Partners to provide products, services, and marketplaces you have expressed interest in, including insurance quotes, coverage options, and related offers. Certain Services may require you to share Information directly with a Partner. We require Partners to provide privacy and security protections at least as protective as those described in this Policy and to not re-sell or re-share your Information beyond authorized purposes. We will only sell Information to Partners in connection with the Services if we have obtained TCPA Consent for telemarketing or SMS/text messaging.
- With Partners (email/telemarketing/text) where TCPA Consent exists;
- With Related Parties to augment/verify Information and improve offerings;
- With consent verification providers (TSR/TCPA compliance);
- With customer service vendors for the Services; and
- With fraud detection/verification providers.
You do not have to consent to sale/sharing to use the Services. You may withdraw consent at any time. We also may share Information in connection with bankruptcy, merger, or sale of assets (we will provide notice via email/Policy update where material).
Minors
The Sites are not intended for individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect Information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided Information, contact us at info@insurco.com. We do not knowingly sell/share Information of users under 18.
Cookies, Interest-Based Advertising, and Third-Party Analytics
We use Cookies to streamline registration and enhance experience. Partners may place third-party Cookies for interest-based advertising and cross-device recognition. We may use Google Analytics and similar tools. Most browsers allow Cookie control; we generally do not alter behavior for do-not-track signals except where required (for example, honoring Global Privacy Control signals for California consumers). Opt-outs are available via industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative, as well as mobile device settings.
Opting-Out from Marketing
- Email Opt-Out: use the Unsubscribe link in emails or contact us at info@insurco.com.
- TCPA Consent Opt-Out: follow call prompts, request do-not-call, or contact Partners or our team.
- SMS/Text: reply STOP or contact support.
- Push Notifications: disable in browser settings.
- Targeted Advertising: see the Cookies section; California consumers may set opt-out preference signals.
- General Opt-Out: submit an opt-out request.
Opting Out of Sharing/Sale of Information
Email info@insurco.com with the subject “Do Not Sell My Personal Info.” We may minimally verify to prevent fraudulent requests.
Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Your Information
Contact us to access, correct, or delete your Information. We respond within 45 days. If Information has already been shared with Partners, contact them directly to delete. We may retain evidence of requests and responses for compliance and legal protection.
Insurance and Intake Information
Insurance product interest, household details, vehicle or pet information, coverage timing, Medicare or health-related eligibility questions, and similar intake details may be shared with Partners offering relevant quotes or services. Do not answer such questions or provide TCPA Consent if you do not wish to share.
Third-Party Sites
Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites’ policies, not this Policy. We are not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices.
Security of Your Information
We use commercially reasonable measures (including TLS encryption and access controls). No method is 100% secure; we will notify you of breaches as required by law.
U.S. State Law Rights and Disclosures
This Policy serves as Notice at Collection. We collect, use, retain, and disclose Information for the purposes stated above and retain it as long as needed for legal and operational purposes. We do not knowingly sell/share Information of users under 18.
Rights of California Consumers
- Right to Know, Delete, Correct, and Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing (including Sensitive Personal Information).
- Right to Non-Discrimination.

Rights of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Other US Consumers
- Right to Know/Access, Delete, Correct, Data Portability, and Opt-Out of targeted advertising/sale/profiling.

Other State Specific Privacy Rights
